These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Buuk Group OÜ (Registry Code: 17370333), registered at Sepapaja tn 6, 15551 Tallinn, Harju Maakond, Estonia ("we", "our", or "us").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Buuk Studio ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of such modifications.

2. User Accounts & Security

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

As between you and Buuk Group OÜ, you own all rights, title, and interest in the content you upload and the final marketing images generated using our platform. Buuk Group OÜ owns the underlying technology, templates, fonts, and assets used to create these images. You are granted a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the generated images for commercial and personal purposes.

4. Credit System & Payments

Buuk Studio operates on a credit-based system. Credits represent a license to generate a specific number of images. All payments for credits are final and non-refundable, except as required by law. Credits may expire if specified at the time of purchase.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Create content that is illegal, harmful, or promotes discrimination.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure.
• Automate the creation of images through scripts without prior authorization (API users excluded where applicable).
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the generated images will meet specific App Store or Google Play Store approval requirements, as those are subject to external platform guidelines.

7. Limitation of Liability

Buuk Group OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Platform or the inability to use it.
